The Summit County Parade of Homes was modestly started in 1994 with just a handful of new homes and vacant lots to view. It has grown to a Premier Event featuring up to 25 Homes and Multi-family structures. Whether you are looking for inspiration for this year’s decorating trends, or interviewing Builders and Contractors for a new home, there is something for everyone. This year’s event will feature just under 20 residences starting at under $1 million to over $3 million.

New this year is a “Remodel” category to highlight major renovation projects for both Aesthetic and Energy renovations.
We encourage you to visit this site throughout the summer as photos and information about the 2012 Homes become available. The Official Program will be available in the September issue of Mountain Living Magazine on Newsstands August 18; at most Summit County Real Estate Offices and Visitor Information Centers; and at the Breckenridge and Dillon City Markets.
Your $10 admission is good for all 4 days and gains you admission to all of the homes...take your time and make a weekend of it!
