RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

All participants must be over 21 years of age.  Participants can only register once per day and must register for each item contest separately .  Each contest item will be displayed online for the duration of the contest.  The registration window for each item will correspond to the period of time during which it is displayed.  At the conclusion of the giveaway contest, the item will be removed from the website and a winner selected at random.

Items in our drawings may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the donating person or organization offering them, and for which Colorado Summit Magazine may not be held responsible.  Employees of  Colorado Summit Magazine and their families are not allowed to enter the giveaway contest.  Winners will be notified via the contact information provided above and their name announced in a follow up email to all participants.  In the event that we are unable to reach the winner, or the winner does not respond to notifications within 14 days, another winner will be selected.

Colorado Summit Magazine will not sell, lease, share or otherwise distribute your contact information to any third party.  We will send out a follow up notification to subscribers and will send a message whenever a new contest item is being posted.  However, you can unsubscribe to future updates at any time.  Thank you for participating.
