The Outlets Get a $13.5 Million Dollar Face-lift

In keeping with the renaissance aspect of Silverthorne, the 60 stores of the Outlets at Silverthorne get brand spanking new facades. Thanks go to the Craig Realty Group, spending $13.5 million to bring the last-millennium-looking Outlets up-to-date in 2008-9.

You’ll see natural Colorado features, new signage, and lots of wood touches to warm the appearance of the Outlets’ three villages.

In many ways, the Outlets put Silverthorne on the Colorado map. As soon as they opened some 25 years ago, shoppers flocked here from Colorado’s Front Range, and from every corner of Summit County. Famous brands at discount prices...what a concept!

Heeding the plaintive pleas of shoppers, the Outlets have opened the first of three restaurants in the “green” village of stores. Chipolte, a Mexican restaurant, offers sit-down dining for weary shoppers. On the horizon are, possibly, a deli and a coffee house to round out the restaurant choices.

The Outlets may look different, but those famous name brands are still here, and more are added almost on a daily basis. Among those represented are Polo, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Levi, Old Navy, Lucky Brand Jeans, Ann Taylor, Chico’s, and Kenneth Cole...to name some of the 60 familiar labels.

The Outlets are open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 6pm. For more information, call 970-468-5780 or visit www.outletsatsilverthorne.com.
